I designed comprehensive floor plans for Priority Complex, a luxury four-story development on Bertil Harding Highway combining residential, commercial, and leisure spaces. The detailed schematics organized units across apartments, penthouses, retail spaces, and a rooftop houses and signature restaurant with strategic placement of amenities including a resort-style pool, work space and relaxtion area.

Each level’s plan featured numbered units with traffic flow optimization, emergency exit routes, and Department OfGambia Planing compliant access points while maintaining the property’s modern aesthetic.
