WATSA Security Proposal
I conceptualized and produced an inspiring promotional magazine for Jofi School, a pioneering educational institution in The Gambia dedicated to nurturing underprivileged children. Designed to engage donors, sponsors, and the broader community, the magazine blended heartfelt storytelling with clean, visually appealing layouts to convey the school’s mission, journey, and impact.
Content chronicled Jofi’s evolution from a humble mudbrick classroom to a thriving nursery and primary school, with plans for secondary education, showcasing key milestones, donor contributions, and student success stories. The publication also highlighted unique programs such as hands-on food science, vocational training, and community field trips, reinforcing the school’s commitment to holistic and sustainable education.
Featuring photo galleries, donor spotlights, and a clear call-to-action for support, the magazine served as both an emotional appeal and a strategic tool for fundraising and awareness. This project demonstrated my ability to blend narrative-driven content with purposeful design to amplify a nonprofit’s voice and mission.
As a graphic design expert with deep knowledge of customer experience and corporate training, I was proud to design and structure the AGIB Bank Customer Service Training Presentation titled: “Optimizing Frontline Performance: Enhancing CSO Experience in Delivering Exceptional Customer Service”
This engaging, high-impact presentation was developed for AGIB Bank to train its Customer Service Officers (CSOs) in providing world-class service grounded in Islamic banking values.
I combined my visual creativity with structured learning principles to deliver a presentation that trained frontline staff on how to:
Build service excellence into daily interactions
Communicate effectively using verbal & non-verbal cues
Master standardized banking protocols
Navigate difficult customer situations with emotional intelligence
Interpret customer feedback for continual improvement
Understand customer lifecycle & segmentation for targeted service
As a graphic design expert with a passion for development impact, I had the privilege to design and structure the Bakadaji Women’s Farm Proposal, a dynamic visual presentation developed for the Ministry of Gender, Children, and Social Welfare in partnership with Bakadaji Hotel Staff Kaffo.
This presentation was more than a pitch; it was a visual strategy to mobilize meaningful support for women-led vegetable gardens across The Gambia’s West Coast and North Bank regions.
The proposal focused on addressing pressing issues in rural farming communities, such as:
Inadequate water access and irrigation
Poor fencing and crop security
Lack of tools, training, and seeds
Weak market access and business capacity
Gender disparities in agricultural leadership
My task was to ensure the proposal was clear, persuasive, and visually engaging making a compelling case for a GMD 3,000,000 investment in rural women’s empowerment.
As part of the International Travel and Tourism Conference (ITTC) held in The Gambia, I had the honor of designing and developing a vibrant, interactive, and deeply informative presentation titled: “Enhancing Customer Experience in Travel & Tourism.”
Blending strategic design with industry insights, I crafted this visual journey to guide attendees through three critical pillars reshaping the future of travel:
Customer Service Excellence: Great design meets great service. I highlighted how the smallest details in service delivery create the biggest impact and how those moments can be captured and communicated visually to enhance training and brand trust.
Personalizing Travel Experiences: With the rise of luxury and bespoke tourism, personalization is the new standard. My presentation used storytelling, infographics, and case studies to show how brands can deliver memorable experiences through design-driven data use, customized journeys, and emotional engagement.
Building Long-Term Customer Relationships: Design isn’t just about visuals , it’s about connection. I created this presentation to help tourism professionals understand how relationship marketing, loyalty tools, and thoughtful follow-up can turn first-time visitors into lifelong ambassadors.
