I crafted a comprehensive proposal for Salameh Complex, an architectural landmark situated along the Brusubi/Sukuta Highway that redefines premium construction standards in The Gambia. The document highlighted the development’s exceptional European-grade infrastructure, showcasing its embedded wiring, plumbing, and smart connectivity systems built with imported materials to ensure unparalleled quality. Through a combination of elegant visuals and detailed specifications, I presented the complex’s world-class facilities while strategically positioning its value proposition for discerning investors and tenants.
The proposal emphasized the meticulous attention to detail evident in every aspect of the complex – from its precision engineering to its curated selection of international contractors. By structuring clear pricing tiers alongside photographs of finished spaces, I created a compelling narrative that aligned the property’s premium positioning with its target market’s expectations. The document served as both an informational resource and a persuasive marketing tool, effectively communicating how Salameh Complex represents a new era of luxury living in Gambia’s real estate landscape.
I created an advertisement video for Phenomenal Women, a women-only fitness center in The Gambia. The video was designed to showcase the center’s stunning interior, modern gym equipment, spa, and salon facilities.
Aimed at potential clients, the ad highlighted the safe, welcoming environment created exclusively for women to pursue their health goals and embrace holistic wellness. This project demonstrates my ability to combine cutting-edge technology with brand storytelling to create content that resonates with targeted audiences.
I conceptualized and designed premium retractable banners for two distinguished brands. Bakadaji Hotel, a four-star eco-conscious hospitality property along Bertil Harding Highway, and Nguda Shop, a UK-based Afro-Caribbean online retailer specializing in high-quality imported goods.
For Bakadaji Hotel, the banners highlighted their modern, environmentally friendly ethos, prime location near Senegambia Strip, and tribute to their heritage as a family-owned establishment.
For Nguda Shop, the designs emphasized their curated selection of African and Caribbean products, fast UK-wide delivery, and partnerships with top distributors for cost efficiency.
Both projects balanced striking visuals with clear brand messaging to attract target audiences, luxury travelers for Bakadaji and diaspora consumers for Nguda Shop, while maintaining each brand’s unique identity.
I founded Righteous Millionaire, a free business education initiative dedicated to empowering Gambian youth with ethical entrepreneurship skills, employability training, and mindset development.
