I designed detailed site plans for two premier waterfront developments in The Gambia – the upscale Fajara Waterfront residences along Atlantic Boulevard and the beachfront Relax Waterfront complex adjacent to Bijilo Forest Park. For both luxury properties, I created comprehensive maps that clearly displayed apartment numbering systems, designated parking areas, emergency equipment locations, and key facility points to ensure smooth navigation for residents, staff, and visitors.

The plans incorporated essential contact information including management offices and emergency services while maintaining the aesthetic integrity of these high-end developments. My mapping solutions effectively organized the 1.65-hectare Fajara property bordering the golf course and the Relax Waterfront’s strategic location between Coco Ocean Hotel and Sahel Country Club, enhancing both functionality and safety for these exclusive residential communities.
