For Bliss, created sophisticated A5 flyers featuring premium matte finishes, elegant property photography, and minimalist typography to appeal to high-net-worth clients.

I developed Gam Listings’ vibrant tri-fold brochures with neighborhood maps, clear pricing structures, and quick-reference property matrices targeting first-time buyers and investors.

Both designs incorporated strategic visual hierarchies and consistent branding while tailoring aesthetics to their distinct markets – Bliss’ gold foil accents conveying exclusivity versus Gam’s color-coded property type icons for quick navigation.
