I designed and produced a suite of formal Certificates of Completion for Bakadaji Hotel, the premier four-star eco-friendly property along Bertil Harding Highway. These certificates were created to formally recognize and validate the successful participation of staff, management, and Heads of Departments in the comprehensive “Enhancing Guest Experience & Exceptional Service Delivery” training program.
The certificates feature the hotel’s sophisticated branding and were customized for different tiers of the organization, acknowledging the distinct training journeys undertaken by operational staff and leadership teams. Co-signed by the General Managers of both Bakadaji Hotel and the consulting partner, Bliss Services, these documents served as a tangible token of achievement, boosting morale and reinforcing the hotel’s commitment to investing in its human capital and upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
This project demonstrated my ability to create polished, brand-consistent accreditation materials that complement training initiatives and contribute to a culture of recognition and professional excellence.
