As a graphic design expert with deep knowledge of customer experience and corporate training, I was proud to design and structure the AGIB Bank Customer Service Training Presentation titled: “Optimizing Frontline Performance: Enhancing CSO Experience in Delivering Exceptional Customer Service”

This engaging, high-impact presentation was developed for AGIB Bank to train its Customer Service Officers (CSOs) in providing world-class service grounded in Islamic banking values.

I combined my visual creativity with structured learning principles to deliver a presentation that trained frontline staff on how to:

  • Build service excellence into daily interactions

  • Communicate effectively using verbal & non-verbal cues

  • Master standardized banking protocols

  • Navigate difficult customer situations with emotional intelligence

  • Interpret customer feedback for continual improvement

  • Understand customer lifecycle & segmentation for targeted service
